5. Exposure to quality assurance, testing and design and execution of test plans.

Preferred: University or other government/public sector experience; Professional Certificate in Business Analysis or an equivalent certification; exposure to one or more software development tools; experience supervising/mentoring staff; experience with Business Process Modeling tools.Skills & Abilities1. Preferred: Hands-on experience with information retrieval using Oracle and/or Hyperion products/solutions, especially Oracle Interactive Reporting (Brio), Oracle Production Reporting (SQR), Oracle/Hyperion Essbase OLAP and Dashboard tools; experience in an Oracle eBusiness Suite environment (v11.x), fundamentals of Java and JavaScripting and Dashboard development using Oracle/Hyperion tools.Background Check RequirementsAll external candidates for employment will be subject to pre-employment screening.
